The products available from waddleCloud are downloadable and functional, you will not receive a physical copy of the software.
1. Upgrades, Support Renewals, Setup, Training and Service Fees:
Fees collected for services are non-refundable once all or a portion of the service has been provided. Fees for software upgrades and technical support renewals are non-refundable. Fees collected for setup are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Non-subscription purchases:
Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with the software, we will refund the total purchase price of the software less any non-refundable services.
3. Subscription purchases:
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email email@example.com no later than 7 days prior to your renewal date. If later than 7 days prior to the next payment, payment for the next month will still be processed and you will have access to the software for that month you are billed for.
4. Month-to-month subscriptions:
Within 30 days from the original date of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with waddleCloud, we will refund your first month’s subscription cost. After 30 days from the original date of purchase, subscription payments are non-refundable.
5. Annual subscriptions:
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if you are not fully satisfied with waddleCloud, we will refund the entire subscription amount. Subscriptions past 30 days from the date of purchase are non-refundable.
6. Acceptance of this Cancellation Policy:
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this cancellation policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this cancellation policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms herein. Use of the waddleCloud software or any of the services provided by CleverInsight Private Limited indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.
